Security becomes visible
When pressure is applied at home, one thing is paramount: controlled, predictable material behavior. That's precisely why we not only built the chamber but also tested it digitally beforehand. Our FEM graphics act as a kind of "weather map" for the load: colors show you at a glance where the chamber is under particular stress – and how the structure distributes the forces.
Our testing procedures

Material Test
We consistently prioritize quality in our TPU fiber composite materials, a quality that can be proven through testing. To this end, we have them tested in an independent testing laboratory in Erfurt, which specializes in mechanical tensile tests, material aging tests, and stress tests under demanding conditions. For you, this means more reliable material performance over time, reduced risk of failure, and a product that impresses not only on day one but also with regular use.
Pressure simulation
We develop our chambers using established engineering methods. The finite element method (FEM) is a key component: it allows us to realistically simulate the chamber's behavior under pressure during the development process. This enables us to control and optimize load distribution and material behavior under load.
